This series was drawn from direct observation in oil on irregularly shaped pieces of aluminum, and run through a press. The monotype process allows the plate to be wiped clean and used again . They were printed with Tom Butter in the summer of 2014, on Rives BFK in Fremont Center NY, by drawing phenomena, not things. Each print is an event, in reverse.
